The Anzeau open-air museum

Lauffen: This mighty Farmstead with related sheds, barns, mill and sawmill, is a typical example of a Salzkammergut farming structure. The mill, the bakery and the smoking chamber were in use until 1960. The interiors you see today feature the original technical facilities. Occasionally, the famed "Anzenau Bread" still is baked here to provide visitors with a taste of nostalgic reminiscence.
