Conditions / Extras
Arrival and departure
- Arrival: from 4.00 pm till 12 pm
- Departure: by 5.00 am till 10.00 am
- Through contactless check in by door code.
- Left luggage in ski cellar by arrangement.
Cancellation
- In the event of a cancellation, the up-to-date version of the Austrian hotel contract conditions apply
Payment
- Upon making a reservation, we charge a deposit of 30% of the total cost, and we ask you to transfer this within 14 working days. The remaining travel price until 1 day before arrival. If necessary, the money will be refunded or the arrival time will be postponed.
