The Hoisnrad Tour starts in Bad Goisern. Via Lauffen to the Reinfalzalm and the Hoisnradalm. The way back to Bad Goisern takes the bikers over the Predigstuhl area to the Hütteneckalm and down via the forest road and the panorama road.
We start our tour at the Bad Goisern tourist office in the car park "Bad Goisern Mitte" directly on the main road "Salzkammergut Bundesstraße (B145)" in Bad Goisern on Lake Hallstatt - over the "Goiserer bridge" - in the direction of "Hanusch-Hof" - on the Traun via the wildlife path to "Weißenbach" - turn left at the Traun river bridge - turn right at "Gasthof Weißenbachwirt" - turn right at "Schlosserei Deubler" - along the road on the left bank of the "Traun river" - - turn left in front of the curling rink through the railway underpass - turn right into the small pilgrimage town of "Lauffen" - turn left at the Open Air Museum "Anzenaumühle" inn - at a barrier: highest point (950 m) - on a forest road up to a Forest road junction - uphill towards "Reinfalzalm" - crossroads: possibly straight ahead to the "Hoisnradalm" turn right towards "Hütteneckalm" (managed alpine hut) - hiking trail to the "Hütteneckalm" - junction of the "Obere Murstrasse": straight ahead - junction with the "Untere Murstrasse": right - "Gasthof Predigstuhl" - half-left downhill - in the district "Lasern" left at the fountain - at the wooden fence right towards Allee - via main road and car park "Bad Goisern Mitte" back to the start.

The Goiserer Hoisnradrunde (S408) does not include single trails and runs mostly on forest roads. Especially in the steep sections on gravel, some riding technique is recommended.
